Hello,
The decision needs to made depending upon your wound. If there was only a touch and there is no visible wound, you need not take it again. You can continue normally and take the Day 3.
On the other hand is there is a wound especially in the hand or face, you can re take the dose the next day , considering it as the new Zero day.

Thank you very much for your kind reply. So there will be no chance of overdose it seems.Its a only little touch with the nail but for my mental peace it seems better to take the new dose.

If it is only just a touch there is actually no need for the dose. Anyhow there is no chance for overdose perse.
