Can I get pregnant from sex 9days before ovulation?

Resolved Question:

I'm trying to determine when I got pregnant.
Date of my last period was April 15,2014. Regular 28 day cycles. I ovulated on April 29th. I know this for a fact because I took an Ovulation test on the night of April 27th and there was a positive surcharge.
I slept with my ex on April 20th, the day my period ended.
And my now fiance, who I was just dating at the time, on April 27-30th.
I had my son on January 15th, although my due date was January 29th.
My fiance has a cleff chin, and so does my son.
He doesn't look like either of them...
I'm about 90% sure he is my fiances baby.
Is it impossible to become pregnant from sex 9 days before ovulation is my question.

Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
If your last period was April 15, your due date would be 22nd of January, not the 29th.
It is virtually impossible to have conceived on the 20th of April, you would not ovulate the day your period ended.
I think it is more than 99 % sure, that you conceived from your fiance, as that is when you ovulated.
Due dates are not very reliable, and most babies are born a week or more off from the due date.
The remaining 1 % - well only a paternity test will tell you.
