Hello,

Thank you for choosing DoctorSpring.

The disease which is diagnosed in your case is named as CHRONIC LYMPHATIC LEUKEMIA. This disorder is usually presenting without any symptoms and the person affected needs regular follow ups at frequent intervals. Treatment as such may not be needed until symptoms arise. There is no reason to be concerned at all.

Simply put this is a disorder of white blood cell /lymph cell growth. But thankfully they are not dangerous. You only need periodic checkup. The weakness and fatigue could be due to Iron deficiency anemia. She needs to take Iron supplement. If the symptoms persists other causes of fatigue has to be looked into.(As the anemia is mild only)

Hope this helps

What does her blood test show and all other test
Thank you

Hello
The blood tests and flow cytometry is confirmatory of the disease of the blood - CHRONIC LYMPHATIC LEUKEMIA. This is an initial stage and does not currently require therapy. Close follow up is needed for this disease and requires intervention in the form of medicines and targeted agents which will be decided by the treating cancer specialist at your end. Hope to hear from you after the list of investigations done at your next follow up and please give us the feedback on how things proceed.

I re-emphasize that you need not panic at this point of time. We would be of your help at the time of need. Keep us posted.

Regards.
