The echo report which you have posted seems to be fairly ok. The trivial leakages are a normal observation in general population. If you are trained for exercise your heart walls maybe slightly thickened. These are not alarming findings. Holter examination normal indicates that you don't have a serious arrhythmia provided you had symptoms during the period of 24 hrs if examination. Stress test normal indicates low probability of having a coronary artery disease. The symptoms themselves coild be due to anxiety.
