Painful foreskin retraction on erection and intercourse

Resolved Question:

Hello- I am a 23 year old male and my question relates to my foreskin. I have no trouble when I retract my foreskin while I am flaccid, however when I retract my foreskin past my head while erect it begins to cause pain. The pain isn't severe however while engaging in sexual activity my foreskin pulls back while inside and it starts to hurt. I have found that using some lube on my penis before using a condom relieves some of the discomfort. However, the foreskin gets stuck for a bit and then it begins to hurt for a bit afterward. Again it only begins to be discomforting when the foreskin is pulled further down the head. Please provide advice. Thank you!
