Please do not worry about having cancer. It can be enalrged due to a lot of causes. Most commonly swelling of lymph nodes under the armpits ( Axillary lymph nodes ) are enlarged due to infection or trauma to the hand, however since there is no such history, it needs to be examined by a general surgeon. If only one group of lymph nodes is enlarged ( just axilla ) then it should recover on its own. However i will suggest that you just get examined by a general surgeon who can examine other group of lymph nodes ( neck, inguinal ) e.t.c
Also the fact that your white blood cell count is high indicates an infection.
Cancer has a variety of symptoms. In your case it seems more of an infection that has not been treated properly.
