Are painless cluster of white bumps on penis GENITAL WARTS?

Resolved question:
Over the course of the past few months, I have noticed little white bumps that somewhat resemble "whiteheads" on the top shaft of my penis. These bumps are painless, between 1-3 mm in diameter each, and are clustered in the same area. Could these be genital warts, or could it be something else? I am a sexually active 22 year old man

Hello

I can understand your concern.

It seems to be milia which is a cyst with accumulation of keratin. More like dead skin.

It doesn't require any treatment and can be left alone. If you want to get it removed, getting them burnt out from your dermatologist is what needs to be done.

Can you post a clearer picture?

Thank you so much. Will these spots go away on their own? If not, is there any harm i just leaving them there? I'd prefer not having anything burned off my penis is it could be prevented.
