Are these small bumps due to HERPES?

Resolved question:
Hi Doctor. I recently found a patch of skin on my penis that I was concerned about. For a long time now I had seen a dark line on the under side of my penis, but was not concerned because I was not at risk for STD's. In the same area that I noticed before, when the skin is stretched out, it looks like several small bumps are visible. Generally they do not itch, although this morning it seemed to be irritated. I attached pictures for you to see to give a better answer. Last Friday I slept with an ex girlfriend and since that time I have been very worried that I could have contracted an STD, most of all herpes. I should also add that I have OCD.

Thanks so much for your help, let me know if any additional information is needed.

Hello.
Thanks for posting your query on DoctorSpring.com.
I can understand your concern.
I checked out the pictures, but the bumps are hardly visible even when the skin is stretched. It doesn't seem to be due to any STD. It could be due to allergy.
I would recommend application of Cortisone cream mixed with Mupirocin cream, twice daily for five days. This should help to resolve the bumps. In case it doesn't help, it would be advisable to consult your dermatologist who can examine you.
Please let me know if you have any queries.
Take care.

Hi Doctor, I recently tried to upload another picture for a follow up question regarding another spot I found but I cannot do so, the site says the file is too big. I tried resizing and dropping it into the conversation but that didn't work either. Is there any way I could email you the photos so you could take a look for me? Thanks

Hello
Thanks for posting your reply.
I could see the bumps, they are in clusters but I can't see any fluid filled blisters. It seems to be an allergy .
Application of mupirocin cream mixed with cortisone cream twice a day for three days should be helpful.
In case you do get any fluid filled blisters, it would be best to visit your dermatologist who can examine you and treat accordingly.

Please let me know if you have any other queries.
Take care.

Okay doctor, thanks. It seems as though they have subsided a bit today, as they have before. So those pictures did not seem like an STD like herpes to you?

Hello

Thanks for your reply.

It doesn't seem to be herpes currently from what I saw in the pic.
You should not worry about herpes.
