You are suffering from throat infection.
You can start following medication.
Amoxicillin 500 mg+ clavulanic acid two times daily.
Levocetrize 5 mg one daily
You can do warm saline or betadine garggle.
You can get opinion from local physician or ENT specialist. If you have high fever or severe pain then you can go to ER.
