Doesn't itch it did look like blister but I don't think had any fluid

It looks like a healing infection. I would like to know if there was a fluid filled blister or blisters ?
I would recommend application of neosporin cream for the time being and please let me know regarding the fluid filled blisters. And whether it's itchy?

It looks more like a contact dermatitis with superadded bacterial infection. I would recommend application of neosporin and cortisone cream twice a day in the affected area.
