Bloating, pressure in abdomen, nausea and fatigue. CANCER?

Resolved question:
About two and a half weeks ago, I was experiencing bloating and pressure in my lower abdomen (no pain, just pressure). My doctor suspected that it might be constipation and a result of a bad diet. I was told to try Miralax and thought that I was doing better. I started my menstrual cycle near this time as well, so it was difficult for me to determine if I was doing better or not becuase of the symptoms that typically come with my menstrual cycle. I have now finished my period, but for the past two days or so I have noticed that I continue to feel unwell. I do not feel the bloating as much (if at all) as I did before and I do not appear bloated like I did. Instead, I feel a general feeling of unwell, achiness, fatigue, and some mild nausea (I just don't feel like eating). I also have a lump in my throat. Could I have just developed the flu now? I tend to overworry A LOT and continuously worry if I have cancer or something serious - could my physical symptoms be caused my anxiety and the inability to feel calm? I have a fear of doctors and that may also be contributing to my worry. I also suspected GERD, but I have not had chest pain or burning?

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
The peripheries do get cold in extremes of cold, however it should not be persistent. And only in the calf muscles makes it a slightly unusual symptom.
Is there any swelling or dilated veins around your right calf?
Any difficulty in walking?
If there is any pain associated, does it increase on exercise?
If you have none of these symptoms, it is nothing serious. However just to be on the safer side, you can get a Doppler done of the right leg.
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.

Thanks, but when I say calf muscle,it is actually of my leg down to almost my ankle.I do not feel any pain. When I exercise,it seems to go away because I think it makes it warm.
This feeling of coldness is only felt if I am sitting and if fan or AC is focus on that leg.My parents told me it is early sign of rhematism but I do not want to belief that since they are not doctors.
There is no swelling or dilated vein.

Hello,
No this does not seem to be any kind of rheumatic symptoms since there is no associated pain.
It is slightly unusual but it will be better if you manage to get a Doppler done, which will give a good idea about the circulation in your right leg.
Once you have the doppler reports, you can follow up with me. This consult will be open.
Awaiting your reply,
Regards.
