At the moment, I'm on Microner contraceptive tablets and since the 24th of August, I've been delaying my period with Norethisterone tablets - Will it be okay to carry on with these till Sunday and how long does my period come afterwards?

Once you stop it, you will have your period anytime within a week of stopping it.
Yes, norethisterone is the same as Utovlan, and you can continue with Utovlan.
