What are the chances of hiv infection through receptive fellatio? The fellatio lasted no longer than 1 minute with no ejaculation. However I do have sensitive/bleeding gums; but nothing too extreme.

Fellatio/ Receptive fellatio has very low chance of transmitting HIV infection. The only way oral sex can transmit HIV is if the male partner ejaculates inside the mouth. Without any ejaculation, there is no risk of HIV transmission through such an act. Still to further protect against other STDs like herpes, a condom can be used.

No pre-ejaculatory fluid can't transmit HIV. It does not have enough viral load even if the other person is HIV positive.
Yes bleeding gums will increase the risk but in this case, since there was no ejaculate, there is no concern.

If there is active bleeding gums there will be open lesions on the mucosa, and if it comes in contact with ejaculate, virus can go in through the lesion.
It increases the risk slightly.
But no: there has never been a reported case of HIV from oral sex.

No saliva won't act as a barrier in case of HIV transmission.
If there is ejaculate in the mouth with good viral load, and there are open lesions, HIV will be spread.
But in your situation, there is no risk.
