Hello.
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com.

I can understand your concern.
You underwent nasal bone fracture reduction one month ago and now you are suffering from post-nasal drip (phlegm in the throat) from one week. You seem to have associated sinusitis (inflammation of sinuses) or allergy which is causing the post-nasal drip.
The diagnosis can be confirmed by examination of nose and a CT scan of the paranasal sinuses ( CT PNS) can be done.

Burning sensation in the chest may be due to gastritis/acid reflux which may have resulted due to the use of pain killers for the nasal trauma and treatment.
You can start the following medication. OTC Cetirizine (antihistamine) 10 mg, once in the night, for 10 days. (This will help in reducing secretions from nose to throat). OTC Omeprazole 20 mg, once in morning, minimum 30 minutes before food, for 2 weeks (to treat gastritis or acid reflux).
As for the burning while urinating, you should drink plenty of water, minimum 2 liters per day. If it does not improve, urine analysis can be done to rule out any infection.
Hope this helps. Feel free to ask further queries.
Best regards,
