Hello,
Oral sex theoretically carries a small risk of HIV transmission. However practically HIV transmission due to oral sex alone is very rare. The risk increases if there is any open wound in the mouth or penis. Otherwise you can consider yourself to be rather safe. However you can go for a HIV test after 6-8 weeks to be 100% sure.
