Hello.
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I have read your query with diligence.
It looks from your details that you are having pain & discomfort after 2 months of surgery & this is aggravting at night.
Such pain may be due to either patella bone problem or associated low grade infecion. You should take it seriously & consult to your surgeon. This may need routine blood investigation & x rays to rule out infection.
Hope this will help you,
Regards.

My doctor took x-rays she said everything looked good I don't have an infection I have been taking Keflex for 6-weeks due to an infected cyst on my back and am still taking it four times a day. What is my next step I can't take nsaids would muscle relaxants help? Should I have an MRI?

Hello.
You are not the ideal candidate for MRI due to the implant .You may have CTscan for evaluation.I used to give tramadol in such cases.
Regards.
