Dizziness, vertigo, intense head pressure with normal CAT SCAN.

Resolved question:
For the past few months I have experiencing very odd symptoms. My symptoms are . -
1. Dizziness
2. Vertigo
3. Intense head pressure
4. Pressure behind eyes
5. Lethargy
6. Trembling
7. Fuzziness in brain
8. Sometimes blurry vision
9. Sometimes inability to feel temperatures
10. When turn neck it tries and pulls back forward.
11. Sometimes after I eat I get dizzy spells or sometimes I feel better.
12. Sometimes when I drink coffee I mostly get dizzy spells. But sometimes, I feel better.
13. The worst dizzy spells I get is when I drink alcohol. And it doesnt have to be in excessive amounts. It can just be a drink or two.
I've had a CAT scan done, which turned back normal. I also had blood work done, and the blood work said I had low blood sugar and dehydration. The blood sugar levels were not low enough to be of concern and I was told that sometimes that occurs. I have done I.V. therapy to for re-hydration and have been drinking enough water to where my urine is clear. So I'm quite confused as to what the issue is which is why I really want some extra opinions.

Hi,
Thank you for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I have noted your symptoms as well as the lab reports.
Among the lab reports, hemoglobin is high, and it needs consideration by a hematologist to exclude a condition called as polycythemia rubra vera.
In addition, we should also exclude any brain disease, most notably cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST). In CVST, there is clotting of blood in brain veins. This condition can be excluded by doing an MRI of brain along with MR venogram.
I hope it helps.
Best wishes,
