Hello

Thanks for providing the detailed information as requested.
I would like to really appreciate your efforts in providing it very methodically.

In your case where you are unmarried and having sexual contact since last couple of years only that too not very frequently, there is a level of anxiety. Anxiety about performance and anxiety that what you are doing is going to give pleasure to your partner or nor, or anxiety that what you are doing is right or wrong.
Now these anxiety issues are in our subconscious and that is the reason we are mostly not aware of them. But for a good sex, your mind and body, both should be comfortable.
To relieve you, even if you had sex ones properly with good erection, which you had, there is no problem with the erection of your penis physically. And the erectile problem that you face on and off as also the premature ejaculation that you are facing are not physical problems .
Coming to the treatment, in your case the best treament would be to wait until you get married. When you will plan sex with your legal wife in a socially acceptable manner which suits to your subconscious then you wont have any of this trouble.
Still if you insist that you should get treated then Paroxetine is a good drug for premature ejaculation and many of my patients who have taken this drug have benefited by it. For erectile dysfunction, sildenafil is a good drug whne taken 1 hr before sex.All said, it would be better to wait till you get married and most of the problems will settle down by then.

Hello
No specific deitary suggestions.
Being an online consultation forum i may not be able to prescribe you on this forum without examination. To my patients in my clinic i prescribe paroxetine 12.5 mg at night everyday along with sildenafil 50 mg one hour before sex as and when required.
No significant side effects. But i would again suggest you to wait until you get married.
Hope it helps
