Face looks harsh with masculine appearance. Reason?

Resolved question:
Why does my face look so harsh? I am a woman, but I am beginning to look masculine. I use to have such a soft face. I have attached a few pics of now and one, of when I was younger. The one that is different from all the rest, is when I was younger. Please advise! What can I do to achieve a more feminine appearance.

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
To enhance the feminine features in your face you need to do the following things:
1. If you compare the pictures then you will find that the forehead is much more prominent in the present picture with a very high hair line. This can be corrected with a one stage forehead reduction technique to improve the forehead aesthetics.
2. Another aspect is the loss of fat from your face making your bony structure look more prominent. I would advice fat injections (specifically, fillers would not help).
3. An useful adjunct would be both upper and lower lip reduction surgery to help the appearance look less coarse.

Thank you for your response! I agree about the forehead. However, I believe I have more volume in my face now than then. Is it possible I've lost volume in specific areas? Also, my lips havent grown at all. If I replace the volume in my face, then my lips might look less prominent. Full lips are actually feminine, so that's not the problem anyway.

Yes, you have lost volume in specific areas like the cheek bone area. This, associated with the drooping of tissues gives an idea of aging. The size of the lips does not matter, the appearance of your lips is quite coarse.
However, if you do not want any modification in that area, you can let it be.
