Resolved question:
I got back from Fiji on Friday. By Sunday afternoon I had a severe fever. I think it is Wednesday now and the fever has not broke. I cannot get warm no matter what I do. I have 4 blankets and still have goosebumps. My entire body and head hurts. I am extremely weak. I get out of breath just sitting up. And I have no appetite and am constipated.

The fever seems to be due to an infection that you picked up from Fiji.
Do you have any sore throat/ runny nose/ coughing/ phlegm?
It is important to localise the infection first, before prescribing the medicines.
Do you have any alternate sweating and chills phase? Malaria is common around that area. Were you exposed to a lot of mosquito bites?

I did have alot of mosquito bites. Yes I have alternating chills and the sweats. But no cough, no runny nose, no phlegm or sore throat.
