Resolved question:
I have had a headache now for past 48 hours, on the top of my head and the back of my head, very sharp paid as if i was beaten in my head. Also have a very stiff neck and chronic shoulder pain.
I have had headaches before and have a high tolorance for pain, however i can not get out of bed, feeing very light headed and dizzy. And the pain is getting worse.
Have taken parocetomal and ibuprofen yesterday, and amateiotulin today, and the pain has got worse.

I have noted your symptoms and it is likely to be a severe migraine attack, which can last up to 72 hours, and even upto one week in some cases.
As of now, you can take rizatriptan or sumatriptan tablets for relief of headache.
If pain persists despite this, you should get a brain scan done to exclude any other cause of headache, such as bleeding or clotting in the brain.
