I have heart palpittations went to the toilet 4 times feeling dizzy and like a headache and feel like vomiting and left hand is cold. Is it heart related? Do i need to go to a&e?

Do you have any history of cardiac ailments in the past? Any history of hypertension/ diabetes mellitus?
You also need to get your BP checked, because high BP can lead to dizziness coupled with feeling of nausea/ vomiting and headache.
So it is better you get your BP evaluated and then take a decision.
