Sir, I have been feeling heaviness in one side of the face(right) accompanied by heaviness in the head.
There is no pain or swelling.
It happens suddenly.
Sometyms once a week or sometyms once in a month.
Its been happening since 7 months.

First of all, I would like to reassure you that your symptoms are not suggestive of any serious neurological illness.
The most likely cause could be a migraine, where patients can experience heaviness of face and head on one side. For relief of symptoms, you can take rizatriptan tablets.
If the symptoms become more frequent, then, preventive medications may be required.
Also, an MRI of brain would be required if the symptoms become more frequent.
