Hello,

Thank you for the report of HLA B 27.

what you are suffering is enthesitis which is hall mark manifestation of HLA B27 associated Spondyloarthritis.

Please get urgent review with rheumatologist only. Rheumatologist will guide you and would be able to do justice. HLA B 27 is a gene and gene can not be deleted. Its your signature.
A disease like Spondyloarthritis can be very tricky. so my suggestion is that you have to meet a rheumatologist and do not visit him without MRI of SI joint. please understand you have genetic marker for a special arthritis called spondyloarthritis or ankylosing spondlitis which is a late manifestation and there r various means to treat this condition, which can be exactly tailored for your need and and intensity of disease in you.

It will be very difficult to explain in detail. My simple suggestion meet rheumatologist. Anything else will only delay the proper treatment.
I am glad that a final diagnosis could be made.
thanks

sir when i googled this disease i found it bit confusing please tell me is it treatable or not ? do i need to use lifetime medicine for this kind of treatment ? please clear the things it doesn't matter how much scaring they are . i just want the truth please tell me and one more thing i got this disease from intense exercise so is it possible to activate this heredity disease through tissues breaking intense exercise ?

Dear Sir,
the question is is genetic diseases curable the answer is no. Spondyloarthritis is genetic disease.

In sometime from now a molecule is being developed which will switch of the gene. however its going to take sometime may be 4- 5 years minimum.
at present we have anti TNF which is costly but excellent treatment for your condition.
my simple request to you has been, see a rheumatologist who can advice you about your disease activity and treatment as per disease activity. the disease activity is measured by certain tools that guide the treatment. it would be incorrect from my side to assume your disease activity.
I am not sure how you got the disease, from my side it is your gene not the exercise. In your case Spondyloarthritis we ask all the patients to do certain specific exercises and not all exercises. is the reason that I have been always asking you to see a rheumatologist, he will guide you about medicines, exercises, food etc.
i hope that you see a rheumatologist and no more google because your disease severity can be verified by a specialist only and proper treatment can be started.

THANKS

BIMLESH

sir i have visited Dr. Harpreet singh (rheumatologist and internal medicine specialist) he didnt find any evidence of enthesites/spondyloarthritis . He told me being an HLA B27 doesn't mean that one is suffering from enthesites/spondyloarthritis . He only suggested me to rise my Vit D level and go to physiotherapist DR mathur . yet he confirmed fibromyalgia but didnt prescribe any medicine for it . so my questions to you are
1)what should i do now ? its a state of dilemma for me :):(
2) the most important question arises is fibromyalgia a treatable disease ? if yes then i can come to visit you and if no then i think there is no point to continue allopathic treatment and get its side effect .please answer to my question in a very crystal clear manner because except Wikipedia i didnt find even a single yes to this question .

Dear user,

Fibromyalgia and Spodyloarthritis are treatable diseases.

You would definitely benefit with tryptomer for fibromyalgia. However I have strange feeling from day one that you have HLA B 27 associated disease and vit d deficiency should be corrected. I would recommend taking naprosyn 500 mg at night for 10 days and revert back.

Hope this helps with all your queries.

Regards
