Hello,
Thank you for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I have noted the CT scan brain findings.
I would like to reassure you that the injuries are mild as per the report.
In most likelihood, no surgery is needed and he would improve in a few days.
There is fracture of skull bone, as well as small bleeding, both of which are likely to get better on their own without any surgery.
I hope it helps.
Best wishes,

Patient replied :

Dear Doctor,
Thank you for your opinion on the head CT Scan.
After 4 days, another CT scan has been taken and the same is attached, and I would request your kind opinion in this regard.
There is a blood clot at the backside scalp, for which a bandage is put. I am informed that it would take 1 week's time for this clot to dissolve.
Physically, my son is active and doing well, but swelling is appearing - at the back side neck, frontal head, below eyes, at varying periods of time.
I would humbly request your kind opinion on the above.
Thanking you,
P Pradeep Kumar

Thank you for getting back.
I have seen the report of the repeat CT scan. The abnormalities are mild and would get better on own. I agree with the opinion of your doctor.
