Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I have gone through your query and I understand your concern.
You do have Cushings Disease with no obvious pituitary source of ACTH.
There doesn't seem to be any ectopic source of ACTH which needs further ruling out with a CECT Scan chest and Abdomen. Can you get that done and follow up?
Pasireotide is a new drug which can be used to treat cases like yours. Do consult an endocrinologist for the same.
Feel free to discuss further.

pasireotide causes diabetes so i don't want to take this. do you think that removing the adrenal glands will rull out Csuhing's disease?

Yes, removing adrenals will definitely help curing Cushing disease.

There is no such prediction that can be done. Such tumors are very small and may grow very gradually or remain undetected.
