Hello,

From your symptoms you have developed withdrawal syndrome.

When you are a chronic alcoholic, and suddenly stop taking alcohol you develop alcohol withdrawal syndrome. Alcohol withdrawal especially occurs if you have taken alcohol for a very long time. You can take lorazepam or diazepam which will cure your anxiety and shakiness. You can take anti psychotic for mood fluctuations. You can visit help groups or psychiatrist who can help you out with counseling and help you out with these symptoms.

It’s really good you have taken the step to stop alcohol. I also consult you to visit a physician who can look in for your blood pressure and if you have any other systemic disorder and get it treated accordingly.

I suggest you to not get back to drinking because of these symptoms.

Thank you.
