Hello, I am wondering for gord, if the heart is burning badly, would alka seltzer be a good thing to use or the pepcid complete? its just something for a quick relief or quicker than the nexium, cause that is taken daily but I would like something a little extra, would it be okay to take more? thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you soon

I won't recommend taking over the counter products you mentioned if you have already been taking Nexium. (Alka seltzer contains aspirin which may worsen your problems in a long run)
You can talk with your doctor for evaluation and change in dosage if needed.
