I only felt short of breathe when it happened. My anxiety is also very bad because I never got hit the chest before and I get panic attacks . I can take deep breathes without any sharp pain. Thank you.

It seems the the trauma is not dangerous or significant . You need not worry, as there are no alarm signs of a rib / chest injury.

However just keep a watch and see if there is persistent pain or the signs I have asked in my previous reply. In the very rare case if you have any symptoms do let me know. I will keep this consult open for you. As of now there is nothing to worry. You can take an OTC pain medication like Ibuprofen twice a day if the pain is bothering you.

Hope this helps
