please see the attached report of my uncle, he was diagnosis with large percardial effusion
please help me enlighten me what type of disease infect my uncle has ?
please let me know why his heart is getting fluid full up , and how to prevent it further increase of fluid ?
he had high Blood before this heart diagnosis , now it is showing normal BP, no more High BP, is this ok
is my uncle suffering from Tuberculous,
please advice ,
your suggestion will make my and uncle life much better ,
please help me .

To briefly explain about pericardial effusion , it indicates collection of fluid around the heart . It is a symptom of a disease process rather then a disease.
