Resolved question:
I am 27 years Female , Married for 7 months now .
My last few cycles are behaving crazily. I had my last cycle come in 12 days and was of medium flow and lasted for 4 days .I went to a gyno and took all tests scans and everything is normal. This period started with brown spotting(18 days) for three days and slowly increasing to my regular flow .It is still increasing and its been 8 days now.
Should i be worried or is this normal considering my last period was irregular ? How long should i wait before going to my gyno ?
My whole abdomen scan , ECG and lipid profiles are normal

I think you should be having two more investigations - a pelvic ultrasound scan done transvaginally, and a Pap smear.
Also hormonal tests - FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin.
If these tests are normal, then there is no cause for concern.
Once in a while you might have irregular cycles.
As long as this not happen every cycle, do not worry.
If this happens next month too, then have the further workup suggested by me.
I hope none of the following factors are at play here, they too cause irregular cycles - weight changes, unaccustomed exercise, stress, anxiety, late nights, erratic eating habits, travelling, drinking, smoking etc.

Yes I started gym activities 2 weeks back. I have been gyming over 7 years but i took long break for over 7 months and started severe exercises just now . Can I continue with my exercises or should i wait for my flow to reduce. Also , My flow started as few drops and keeps increasing day by day . My current flow looks like day 1 of my regular periods. How long should i wait for the flow to stop ? I do not have any cramps or clots which normally come as part of my regular periods. Althought i had brown string like clot in the beginning of the spotting . but it was very minimal .

TSH : 2.51 mlU/ml
Hemoglobin : 12.9g/dl
Have mild bilateral polycystic ovaries 6.7x3.0
I am not sure If i have take FSH and LT .. It is not in the report.

With polycystic ovaries, such irregular bleeding and spotting is common.
What is your height and weight ?
You may take Metformin for control of PCOS.
Please get an ultrasound scan and the remaining tests also done.

Alright then.
Tone down the exercises for now, and then gradually increase the intensity of the exercises.
