Hello I just had sex with my girlfriend about a week ago and since then I have been pissing a bit but I do get to sleep after a certen time I did look at my penis and there was a little split were the line comes out say 3mm away from the pissing exit my girlfriend has not had sex with other guys she is muslim and I am the first guy to have sex with her she is not like some other girls but I do remember my penis coming out quickly and it sorta hurt but I did not come to think much I am not a have diabetes I just got a blood test done 3 weeks ago and my surga in take is once every four days I have also stoped drinking soft drink it's been about a month and two weeks I only have 2 cups of water one in the moring one at 3pm my pissing is good it does not sting it comes out white colur or some times yello but very rerely but I have had split like this before but it was a bout two years ago I don't normal go to the toilet this much I am not taking any meds what so ever I am med free 0 tablets my sleep is good but I know the best sleep is no sleep at all some times i never get to sleep some nights but it depends on the stuff I do in the day time but I am sure like last time this will stop making me piss and beofre that I would only go to the toiltt 3 or 4 times and stop pissing after 11 or 10pm but I reken it will pass but I need your thoughts thanks doctor hope to hear from you soon

I understand your concern.
What i could make out from your history is that you had sex for the first time around a week back with your girl friend who was also a virgin. Post sex, you developed a tiny cut near the urinary opening. You also had slight pain, after you withdrew your penis. This is common while having sex for the first time, since the vagina will be tight and also due to lack of lubrication. The cut may have arisen due to the same reason, and that also makes you prone for UTI.
Since then you have been peeing a lot. This can again indicate UTI. I will advise a course of prophylactic antibiotics for you, since there is also a cut, chances of infection are high. Along with this please keep drinking 3-4 liters of water everyday. Less water intake will also let the bacteria grow in the urinary tract.
I suggest a course of :
1) Tab. Norfloxacin 400 mg 2 times daily, 1-0-1 for 5 days.
2) If the cut does not start healing by itself, you can apply Mupirocin ointment but wait for 3 days. Since it is near the urinary opening, i won't ask you to start applying the ointment right away, since it might burn a bit. However it is expected to heal in 3-4 days time. Only if there are no signs of healing, you can start applying the ointment too.
