Hello,

Thank you for asking your query at DoctorSpring. I would like some additional information from you so that I can give you my best, learned opinion.

1. Is the swelling freely mobile ? Like can you move it up and down or sidwise / or is it fixed to the muscle or bone. ?

2. For how long you are having the swelling ? Is it growing in size ?

3. Does the swelling feels soft and rounded ? Or does it have irregular borders ?

You can reply as a followup
Thank you

The swelling is freely mobile i can move it around I have had the swelling for almost 2 years now and it grew in a size a bit from 2 years ago to one year ago but has not grown since. It feels soft and rounded but squishy so it might have irregular borders

Hello,

The swelling appears to be Benign (Non cancerous) and Not dangerous. You can just leave it alone. Probably it is a lipoma. This will not cause any harm or discomfort. In case if there is any noticeable increase in size over time, you can contact your Doctor.

Hope this helps
Thank you
