Medicine for heavy bad breath in smoker.

There can be multiple reasons for halitosis such as liver infection or inflammation, poor oral hygiene, dental infections, throat infections, e.t.c
Do you notice any difference in the oral hygiene of late? Any change in color of tongue?

White colour is coming on my tongue after 1-2 hour brushing teeth, but teeth is always clean.
I used to clear my tongue...
And using mouthwash Listerine every two day.

Hello,
If there is a bad smell even after using listerine it could be due to liver issues.
I would request you to get a CBC and LFT done for further evaluation.
Also, do you get this more after food intake? Is it related to any particular kind of food?
What about your stool consistency?

After taking food smell increases...
I used to take normal meals.
White colour is coming on my tongue.
I don't have any health issue.
I have consulted dentist and he told no teeth issue and also consulted physician and gave gum ointment, but smell not reducing.
stool consistency is 1-2 times daily.

Hello,
In that case I would request you to get the CBC and LFT done and follow up with me.
Commonest reasons are dental infections, throat infections, or liver issues. Since the first two have been ruled out, LFT has to be done.
Also, can you send a picture of your tongue?
