Milk teeth creating problem for growth of permanent teeth.

my daughter who is now 17 years old patient. Her 4 milk teeth has not gone and this has created problem for the permanent teeth. . sending you the xray images. kindly advice me

I understand your concern.

I got your X RAY and it is evident that the milk teeth is not letting the permanent teeth erupt normally.
In this case it is best to get it removed, or get it extracted.
What did your dentist suggest?

Sir
he also adviced me the same. Since the permannent teeth has come in an abnormal position if we dont remove in future it can cause problem like tumour or cisit.
canine teeth to be removed and he was suggesting either implant or the third teeth can be made as canine by shaping and putting a Titanium cap.

Yes his advise is absolutely right.
If its not removed now, it will cause lots of issues in the future like cyst as he mentioned.
