It looks from your details that you are having soft tissue tumor at your leg.This is benign in nature.As this is near the vessels so it may be compressing your vessels.The best treatment is to remove this.
Following are the complications of treatment-
-Infection
-Injury to vessels & nerves
-Wound healing problems
-In complete resection of tumor.
However, if operated carefully this can be avoided. Hence you can discuss with your doctor, and get it removed.
