Hi doctor, 4-5 days ago I tore my frenulum during oral sex. There was no blood. Lately the pain has been on and off. Recently my tip feels a little numb and my balls are swollen. I am by worried but I'm too embarrassed to see a doctor. Please help doctor, thanks

There is nothing to worry about. Just refrain from any kind of sex or masturbation for 3 weeks and you shall be fine. The numbness and the swelling shall disappear with time.
