Seroquel is a relatively safer antipsychotic medication, compared to others and hence even in overdose, people do not have serious side effects.
Please observe your friend for ' palpitations, shortness of breath, nausea, insomnia, agitation, irritability, ' e.t.c
If she shows this signs let me know. Otherwise nothing should happen, since it is only 50 mg overdose.
