My pennies becomes small like 10 year old kid how ever I am 30 year old man . It would be 6 cm length and more than 11 cm length at peak evacuation stage. And it has less thickness in normal stage. Also when i pull back skin at evacuation stage it is paining and it disturbed my sex if I did not pull skin I could experience good sex. Will it be any problem to have baby . I never had sex with any one so far how ever I used to do masterbation all 10 to 15 times in a month. Please let me know why my pennies becomes small and can I have sex without removing skin.

Also with age the penis may seem shrunken in the relaxed state but if the erect state is having a good strength, then its fine.

Yes you can have babies even if the skin is not moved backwards. As long as the sperm is getting deposited in the vagina, there is no issue. The forceful ejaculatory spurt is not required as such. If the sperm is not coming out of the penile skin, then it is an issue. Otherwise you need not worry.
