Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
I would like to have some more information before I can give my opinion.
1. How long does each episode of pain last?
2.Is there anything that worsens or relieves the pain?
3. Does the pain wake him up from sleep?
4. Is he losing weight or not gaining weight?
5. Does he actually vomit after food or have just nausea?
6. Is there any family history of migraine?
7. What are the medications he is taking?
Get back to me with these information and I would give my opinion.
