Pain, numbness in feet. What should I do?

Resolved question:
Hello I have a question
I work standing up a lot and been feeling pain in my feet for a while then it stopped.
about a week ago both of my feet started to go numb (The Soles)
The toes are a little numb too. I lost about 30% of sensation in the toes
I also feel that both of my feet are getting cold too
I feel that my feet are very sensitive as well (just the back of the feet)
Feels very uncomfortable walking on the carpet or when touching bed sheets at night
It feels good when I rub my feet or put them in the hot water
My right foot started to feel a little better today although I still want to see a doctor
What should I do or who should I see?

I'm a 33 year old male
6 ft tall
weight 150lb

Thank you

Julian

Hello,

Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com

I can understand your concern.

This appears to be a fungal infection called tinea which is caused by a fungus called dermatophytes.

Application of lamisil cream twice a day for two weeks will be helpful. You can take an anti histamine like claritin for the itching.

Please let me know if you have any queries.

Take care
Regards.
