Painless swelling in back after diagnosing MONO.

I was diagonised with mono a week ago.I was experiencing a painless swelling in the back of my neck.

Kindly let me know why that happened.

i am uploading picture of it,for your reference.And also including blood test reports.

Is it tumours?

This is because of 'mono' with neck node swelling. My answer will be related to this.
This is a self limiting infection which needs only symptomatic treatment only. Once the immune system controls the infection, the swelling will come down.
If you have spleen enlargement by usg scan, please avoid contact sports.

So these are not related to cancer like(lymphoma,hodgkins,non hodgkins)? I am really worried doctor,i cannot even afford to treatments for more complicated diseases. does my reports suggest it is "mono" exactly?

No, there is nothing wrong with the report.
It is suggestive of mono, and you will get better.
