Resolved question:
I have had a very slight pale pink rash under my bra line ,left side off and on. It comes and goes. I have used a very light hydrocortisone cream and it does help . One day it is there and the other it is not. I have seen a dermatologist who thinks it is related to an allergic reaction of some kind. No lumps and I do have mammograms done every year , i will have one in a few weeks actually. I am always concerned about my breasts. Is there anything I should be concerned about

Sometimes patients do get rash from the strap line.

Thanks for your follow up.
You seem to be having intertrigo which is caused due to fungal and bacterial infection of the skin.
I would recommend that you apply clotrimazole cream mixed with Mupirocin cream twice a day for a week.
This is caused in conditions in heat and humidity.
