Patch of hard skin on heel, toe. CALLUSES?

Resolved question:
My 3.5 years old patientold son have a patch of hard skin on his heel and toe (left side). It may be calluses but I am not sure. I need medical advice to treat this problem. Photo is attached.

I can understand your concern.

These are caluses . They could happen due to incorrect footwear. Please make sure that's comfortable for him. Also it would be beneficial to moisturise the soles so to prevent calluses and to soften the skin .

How to soften the skin if caluses already exist. Shall I wash with warm clothes and slice off the hard skin? Further assistance is needed.

Usually in adults we use salicylic solution but it's not advisable in children.

I would recommend that you observe it after you change his footwear and moisturise his skin daily. Most likely it may resolve on its own gradually. In case it doesn't you can visit your doctor who can remove it out if required.
