Hello, My name is Will. I woke up and went the bathroom. I am a Male and my Penis was erect. As I pushed my Penis down to urinate I heard a popping, sort of crack. I have heard stories of penile fractures but I am in no pain, can still hold an erection, no bruising. I didn't loose an erection. Should I go to the emergency room or will it be better in a couple days. Thanks a million!

It does not seem that you have had penile fracture. You shall be fine in couple of days and nothing needs to be done. Please do not worry.
