Hello
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
The treatment is fairly appropriate for DCM.
She could be additionally started on ACE inhibitor like Ramipril if BP is ok.
Additionally she may undergo coronary angiography to rule out coronary artery disease. What does her ECG show?

Thanks a lot Dr. Vivek. We went again today for update as 15 days medicine course was about to complete. My mother's health imroved significantly. Doctor was satisfied with progress. My mother was not taking salt and had less water intake. Her BP reduced significantly, so doctor this time did not prescribe Amlodac 2.5mg and asked to take 4gms/day of salt and 100ml/month of Ghee/Oil. Rest all medicines to continue and asked to see her after a month.
I am attaching her ECG snaps.
Pls provide your valuable guidance.
Thanks again.
