my wife is so tired and i am getting worried about her and we think she is pregnant, she did home pregnancy tester today and shows positive. what i should do now to make her feel better, she wont me to take here to emergency.

If your wife is positive with the urine strip test, then fatigue and extreme tiredness during the first trimester of pregnancy is quite common.
If she is feeling very weak, then it is better to have an opinion in the emergency.
She might be rarely having an ectopic pregnancy, or an impending miscarriage, or just a normal pregnancy complicated by illness such as fever, dehydration etc.
The pregnancy should be confirmed by a gynaecologist also.
Also, she should be taking regular folic acid supplements in the first trimester.
Regarding the iron deficiency anemia, she should have latest investigations done in pregnancy such as - Haemoglobin, complete blood count, blood grouping and Rh factor, thyroid function tests, thalassemia screening, liver function tests, screening for infectious diseases and viral markers, early pregnancy ultrasound, urine routine and microscopic examination.
She should be taking a lot of fluids and nutritious diet and rest.
