I started my period April 15 (2013) I had sex may 6 (2013) and received a positive pregnancy result may 12. Any possibility that this sexual encounter was when I conceived?

It is not probable, but yes, there is a possibility.
Some pregnancy tests can detect a pregnancy really early.

The dates are too close by - just a week apart.
There is no way you can say from which encounter you conceived, because of the proximity of the two episodes.
First trimester scanning has an inherent error margin of plus or minus 5 to 7 days.
So , DNA paternity test is the only option ahead of you, to have a conclusive opinion.
