Reason for dizziness, weak, inability to concentrate, and loss of sex drive.

Resolved question:
Hello,
I am at a loss with what to do. I have been feeling terrible for while now. Severe dizziness, onset of migraine with severe visual aura, shaky hands, inability to concentrate, very fatigued, severe heat sensitivity (rash even under covered areas), loss of sex drive. I also go through periods every couple weeks, where for a few days I get extremely nauseous, headaches, slight fever, and diarrhea, then those symptoms dissipate, but I still go back to feeling just not good. I also have weird things like horizontal grooves across many of my fingernails, and a brown patch appearing on my forehead (I am very pale skinned).
I have had blood tests, CT scans, heart echocardiograms, and very few things have been found.
Blood test: Elevated bilirubin, low red blood cell count, elevated estrogen.
Heart test showed slightly to moderately leaking valves
Brain MRI: Found small white mass, but more than likely nothing. Still waiting to see neurologist.
My Dr. doesn't know what to do with me and I'm extremely frustrated.
Any thoughts??
Thank you,
Amber

Hello.

Thank you for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com.

I have noted your symptoms. It is unfortunate that no clear cut treatment plan has been made for you.

Your symptoms are suggestive of migraine. In patients with severe migraine, it is common to see small white matter lesions.

You would benefit from taking migraine medications such as beta blockers, topiramate or divalproex tablets. These would reduce the severity and frequency of headaches.

In addiiton, you should also take iron supplements to improve the red blood cell count. Uploading your blood test results would have been helpful.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask further queries.

Best wishes,
