Hello,

Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com

I can understand your concern.

This seems to be a fungal infection called tinea. it presents as an annular lesion. the treatment for it would be application of lamisil cream twice a day mmixed with mupirocin cream twice a day for two weeks.

That will help in resolving the infection.

It doesn't seem to be Lyme's disease.

Please let me know if you have any queries.

Regards.
